Order Issues

This guarantee covers the full purchase price including any shipping charges paid at checkout.
What We Do Not Cover
Refund requests made after the 14-day guarantee window. Orders where the product has been used beyond reasonable testing (more than one full bottle consumed on a single-bottle order). Dissatisfaction based on factors unrelated to product performance such as packaging preference or change of mind after the guarantee period has elapsed.
